As Head of Real Estate and Asset Management at Catal Capital, Trisha brings over 17 years of experience in structured finance, with a proven track record of delivering flexible, tailored solutions across commercial real estate investments totaling over $4B in transactions. Previously, she worked at GGP/Brookfield, Cushman & Wakefield, Ackman Ziff, and Avison Young. Trisha combines her deep industry knowledge with a creative approach to structuring transactions that meet the diverse needs of borrowers and investors. With a unique skill set in commercial real estate investment and deal origination, she is focused on achieving a healthy risk adjusted return for Catal Group and future investors. Trisha graduated from Marquette University.

Saul has been instrumental in expanding the real estate development team at Catal Group since 2015, where he currently serves as the lead principal. In 2016, he co-founded Vista Property, focusing on the development of a diverse portfolio that includes ground-up projects and value-add repositioning investment properties. This venture represents a natural progression that capitalizes on Saul’s extensive experience across all facets of construction. During Saul’s career, he has worked over $2B in construction and development across 3 continents. he has worked in over 2B in construction and development across 3 continents while working at LeFrak. Saul graduated from Pratt Institute.

As co-founder of Vista Property, Hymie brings over 20 years of extensive underwriting and operations background that has contributed to Vista’s success as an owner/developer. Hymie has had a multi-disciplinary career with an impressive pipeline of financings to over $1B in real estate projects at Citadel Investment Group and Century 21. He is an experienced developer with an attention to detail both in the properties themselves and financial analysis. He has spent his career in private real estate, focusing on acquisitions and financings across the country. Hymie graduated from NYU Stern School of Business.

As Chief Financial Officer of Catal Capital, Michael Brennan brings over 18 years of experience in public and private accounting, tax planning, structuring and M&A for Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds and Family Offices, both domestic and abroad. At Catal Capital, Michael Focuses on Structuring, Financial Reporting, SEC & Tax Compliance and Investor Relations. As a Certified Public Accountant, Michael possesses a diverse skill set in Accounting, Finance and Tax where he is devoted to detailed analysis and accurate reporting, ensuring investors receive Fund information and reporting on a timely basis. In 2023, Michael Brennan was recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Leader in Accounting, Tax & Audit.

DIRECTOR

Alex is a Director at Catal Capital, where he focuses on acquisitions, origination, underwriting, and asset management of U.S. debt investments. With a career spanning over $3 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, he brings extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring deals. Prior to joining Catal in 2024, Alex held roles at Madison Realty Capital, Ladder Capital Corp, and Hanover Street Capital, specializing in construction and bridge loans, as well as special situations investments. He holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking.

CHIEF OF STAFF | INVESTOR RELATIONS

As Chief of Staff | Investor Relations of Catal Capital, Alec Dadisman brings over 10 years of experience in operations and business development within the real estate industry. Prior to joining Catal Capital, she worked in the title insurance division at Newmark. Alec plays a pivotal role in overseeing strategic objectives and ensuring seamless operations. With a strong focus on investor relations, Alec is responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring that communication is transparent and aligned with the firm’s goals resulting in investor confidence and satisfaction.  

ANALYST

Abie has been part of The Catal Group family office for nearly two years, focusing his efforts on real estate transactions at Vista Property and managing the London portfolio along with other family investments. With the launch of Catal Capital, a debt fund, Abie transitioned to his role as Analyst. In this capacity, he conducts in-depth financial analyses, underwrites investments, and performs comprehensive due diligence to assess opportunities. Abie’s work drives the strategic growth of Catal Capital, supporting its success in the competitive debt investment space.

ASSOCIATE

Jonah is an Associate at Catal Capital, where he specializes in underwriting, structuring, and executing commercial real estate debt investments. Before joining Catal, he was a Senior Analyst at Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group, where he contributed to the underwriting and structuring of over $3 billion in real estate transactions, including construction loans, acquisitions, and refinancings. Jonah began his career as an intern at Elliott Management, where he gained foundational experience in investment research and financial analysis. He earned his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Temple University.
